Workaholic Nomads provides access to digital software products, SaaS tools, APIs, workflows, plugins and package-based digital services. The available products, plans, packages and vendors may change over time.

No physical goods are sold. Products and services are delivered digitally.

Products may include web applications, cloud services, APIs, downloadable software, WordPress plugins, workflow tools, knowledge packs, templates and digital service packages.

Product descriptions, available features, delivery methods and technical requirements are presented on the relevant product or pricing pages where available.

Some products or services may require an account, license key, subscription, API credential or other access mechanism. You are responsible for keeping your access credentials confidential and for activity under your account.

We may suspend or restrict access if we reasonably believe that an account is being misused, compromised or used in breach of these Terms.

Some products are offered as subscriptions. Subscription terms, renewal intervals and prices are shown before purchase where applicable.

Paid products, subscriptions and service packages offered through the platform may be subject to minimum transaction values, product eligibility rules and payment-provider-specific checkout requirements.

Paddle may process payments for eligible own products of Experts4Europe GmbH i.Gr. only. Marketplace, vendor, partner or third-party product payments require a separate payment configuration and are not processed through Paddle unless explicitly stated for an eligible own product.

Taxes may be calculated and added during checkout depending on your location.

Some products may be sold as usage-based plans or outcome packages. Outcome packages or service packages represent defined digital service units, not tokens.

Examples may include a defined number of document reviews, lead scores, research reports, data classifications or similar digital outputs. Unused package quantities may be subject to the product-specific terms shown at purchase.

Some products may include AI-assisted features. AI-assisted outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable for a specific purpose. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before using them for business, legal, financial, medical or other important decisions.

Workaholic Nomads does not provide legal, financial, medical or other regulated professional advice through these products.

You must not use the products or services for unlawful activity, infringement of rights, security abuse, attempts to bypass access controls, distribution of malware, harassment, deceptive activity, or generation or processing of content that violates applicable law.

You must not overload, disrupt, reverse engineer, resell unauthorized access to, or interfere with the operation of the platform or products.

Workaholic Nomads, the platform, product names, software, interfaces, documentation and related materials are protected by intellectual property rights. Except as expressly allowed, no ownership rights are transferred to you.

You retain rights to your customer content, subject to the permissions needed to provide and operate the relevant services.

You are responsible for the content, data and materials you submit or process through the products. You must have the necessary rights and legal basis to submit and process that content.

We process customer content only as needed to provide, secure and improve the services, unless otherwise agreed or required by law.

We aim to provide reliable digital services, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Services may be modified, suspended, updated or discontinued where reasonably necessary.

We may make changes to products, plans, packages or platform features to improve security, comply with law, maintain operations or adapt the service offering.

Support availability may depend on the product, plan or package purchased. Where no specific support terms are shown, support is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis.

You may stop using the services at any time. Subscription cancellation stops future renewals unless otherwise stated during checkout or required by law.

We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay fees, misuse the services, or create legal, security or operational risk.

The products and services are provided on an as-available basis. We do not guarantee specific business results, uninterrupted availability, error-free operation or perfect AI-assisted results.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, liability is limited to direct damages and excludes indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages, loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data or business interruption.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is not permitted by applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Austria, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply in your country of residence.
