Workaholic Nomads

Vendor Terms

These Vendor Terms describe the current listing, payment-routing and platform eligibility rules for vendors preparing products for Workaholic Nomads.

1. Vendor eligibility

Vendors must provide accurate business, tax, contact, product and support information before any product can be reviewed for public listing or checkout eligibility.

Workaholic Nomads may require additional verification before activating vendor products or payment routing.

2. Product submission

Submitted products must include a clear name, description, product type, deployment model, target audience, support contact, documentation status, pricing model and any outcome packages offered through the platform.

Submission does not guarantee approval, listing, payment activation or continued availability.

3. Product ownership types

Products are classified as own products, vendor products, partner products or demo seed products. This classification controls payment routing, checkout eligibility and review requirements.

Demo seed products are for catalog demonstration only and cannot start real checkout.

4. Listing review

Workaholic Nomads may review products for accuracy, legal and operational risk, support readiness, pricing clarity, prohibited content, payment-provider compatibility and AI cost-control requirements.

5. Minimum transaction value

Paid products, subscriptions and service packages listed or sold through Workaholic Nomads must have a minimum gross customer-facing transaction value of EUR 29.90, unless Workaholic Nomads explicitly approves a different promotional, bundled or enterprise pricing model.

The gross customer-facing transaction value is the visible customer price per billable item before individual coupons or discounts where coupon logic is not separately defined.

6. No off-platform price control

This minimum applies only to listings and transactions processed through Workaholic Nomads. Vendors remain responsible for their own pricing outside the platform. Workaholic Nomads does not require vendors to maintain the same prices on other sales channels and does not impose any general minimum resale price outside the platform.

7. Bundling of small service units

If an individual service unit would fall below the platform minimum, vendors may bundle multiple units into a larger package that meets or exceeds the minimum transaction value.

For example, five single checks at EUR 6.00 each should not be listed separately, but may be bundled as five checks for EUR 30.00.

8. Payment provider routing

Payment routing depends on product ownership type, provider readiness, product status, pricing configuration and checkout safety rules. Vendor products must not be routed through payment providers that are not approved for vendor transactions.

Before paid checkout is prepared, Workaholic Nomads must be able to verify the concrete billable item, customer-facing price and currency from local server-side pricing records.

9. Stripe Connect Express planned for vendor products

Stripe Connect is currently documented as the planned provider for future vendor and marketplace payments. Connected accounts, payout handling, platform fees, dispute handling, tax handling and onboarding requirements must be completed before vendor checkout can go live.

10. No Paddle checkout for vendor products

Paddle may only be used for eligible own products of Experts4Europe GmbH i.Gr. Vendor, partner and third-party marketplace products must not use Paddle checkout unless the product is explicitly reclassified and approved as an eligible own product.

11. Outcome packages / service packages

Outcome packages represent defined digital service units, such as document reviews, lead scores, research reports, compliance checks or similar deliverables. Packages must state the unit, quantity, price, delivery scope and support expectations.

12. AI Gateway and cost control

Products that use AI-assisted processing may be required to route model usage through a controlled AI Gateway, approved outcome profile, cost limit, usage ledger or equivalent cost-control mechanism before checkout activation.

13. Vendor responsibilities

Vendors are responsible for product accuracy, lawful operation, support, documentation, customer communication, security practices, data protection obligations and compliance with applicable laws.

14. Prohibited products and content

Workaholic Nomads may reject or remove products involving unlawful content, fraud, malware, deceptive claims, regulated advice without proper authorization, unsafe AI use, infringement, harassment, privacy abuse or other unacceptable risk.

15. Support obligations

Vendors must provide reasonable support paths for listed products. Products without a support route, documentation status or operational owner may remain unavailable for checkout.

16. Refunds / disputes

Refunds and disputes may depend on the applicable product terms, payment provider, statutory rights and delivered service units. Vendors may be required to cooperate with dispute review and provide support records or delivery evidence.

17. Suspension / delisting

Workaholic Nomads may suspend, delist or disable checkout for products that violate these Vendor Terms, create legal or operational risk, fail support requirements, fail payment readiness checks or fall below platform eligibility rules.

18. Changes to vendor terms

These Vendor Terms may be updated as the marketplace, payment provider configuration, product review process and vendor onboarding model mature.
